What does that have to do with exercise? Well it sure feels good on a cool morning or after a great workout! It's just one of the many awesome things described in The Book of Awesome by Neil Pasricha, a fun coffee table book to pick up the spirits by remembering the tiny things that make us feel great, if only for a few seconds at a time!
We have an amazing forecast on our hands this week, so can't wait to enjoy the outdoor workouts in complete comfort and light while we can!
