Triumph over Mosquitos!

It was inspiring to see all of you who came out last week to exercise while battling the bugs! We definitely got our arms up and moving, so while swatting you increased your heart rate and strengthened your shoulders--great work!

In case the bugs want to stick around, remember to wear lighter colours, bring repellant (we'll have some on hand too) and avoid eating bananas before you workout. Please add your bug-battling tips if you have some good ones!
