Honour Your Health and Body
At this time of year we are often filled with motivation and energy to get active-what a relief, that long winter is over for good! Sometimes in that flurry of new activity we let our lofty goals blind our better sensibilities, and end up disappointed with an old pattern or cycle of ups and downs. Be mindful to stay balanced as you head out to "get fit for summer". Remember that exercise, healthy eating, and taking care of yourself are lifestyle choices that you will reap the benefits of and enjoy over the long term if you aren't too hard on yourself! Your body is unique and so are you! Celebrate who you are and focus on slow, gradual life changes that you will be able to keep for life!
