Total Body Conditioning
We’ll target cardio, and overall body strength to the core! Get ready for lots of variety and fun to keep things fresh and really movin’ in this 1 hour class! We’ll spend the class either at the Argyll Park or in the Mill Creek Ravine using the great equipment like stairs, bridges and benches these great places have to offer.

Strollers in the Park
Exercise with other parents while your little one plays, joins in, or naps in a stroller nearby. Expect something different each week to keep you motivated and interested!

Join us for a super fun workout this winter! We will get your hearts pumping, strengthen and tone your muscles, as well as increase your flexibility, balance and inner calm!
