What a week!
On Friday morning Isabelle Gallant from CBC radio joined us during our Strollers in the Hall class. Thanks to all those who came out and participated and thanks to the kids for being so well behaved! We feel lucky to have so many great people attending our classes and really appreciate your support! It was lots of fun and we will keep you posted if we hear anything about when it will air. We hope you stayed warm over the weekend and we look forward to another great week of exercise.

The Hazeldean Hall parking lot is impassable so please do not attempt it. There is plenty of parking in front of the hall on 66th Avenue. See you tonight!

Shovel, Shovel, Shovel!
Did anyone get a good workout this weekend? Wow, what a crazy snowfall! It seemed there was no end to the shovelling and trudging through deep snow. This week we'll keep working on your core and strengthening your arms and legs so you will be prepared for the next big snowfall! There's a lot of work when there's a big snowfall, but it sure looks spectacular.
Thanks for a fantastic week everyone. It was great to see so many new faces and so many motivated people!

Happy New Year!
Welcome to 2011 and a fun year of fitness. We hope you've enjoyed the break and are looking forward to exercising with us! This year we hope to support and encourage you with your fitness and wellness goals and pursuits. We are offering a new program, which we are very excited about! Living Fit is an hour long class focussed on providing you with a safe, interesting and motivating exercise program. It's great if you are just getting back into exercising, or starting up for the first time. As well, we will continue to offer Strollers in the Hall/Park for parent's wanting to get some exercise while modelling a healthy lifestyle for their preschoolers and babies, Total Body Conditioning for those of you more interested in a more intense program, and Hatha yoga to keep the balance.
