Join us Friday, September 9 in the evening, as well as Saturday and Sunday for a whole lot of healthy activity and fun! We are going to focus on finding balance as we navigate through a variety of yoga and fitness sessions. The sessions will be interspersed with some discussion and fun exercises to help facilitate some idea generation around your own personal recipe for balance this fall.
