Thank-you and Happy Solstice!

Thank-you once again for your effort and hard work this spring session! We both love what we do because you come out and show us that you are committed to your health and happiness in part by staying active and strong. We are always so grateful that you choose to attend our classes and hope you will join us again and perhaps send a friend our way!

$5/class Solstice Fitness and yoga (all levels welcome): June 20 7:15-8:30pm (yoga), June 22 6:30-7:30pm (Total Body Conditioning)

Summer: Lori will be offering summer classes on the fitness side of things, and Sue will be exploring active family life in BC for the next two months!

We are really excited about our fall programs already, so keep posted for details as we work those out in the next few weeks! NEW this fall will be a WELLNESS WEEKEND from September 9-11 that will be a time to come together for total body fitness including yoga, as well as activities to facilitate you finding balance and health in your life. Also, there will be more yoga in September with another Hatha class on Thursday evenings and a beginner class on Tuesday mornings.
