In the event that the weather is uncooperative tomorrow (hard to imagine!) Strollers will move indoors-please be prepared for either scenario. Bring along your yoga mat or towel for floor/ground work if you prefer.

Tonight will be our last night at the Hazeldean Hall until the snow starts to fall... which will hopefully be after the fall! Keep your fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate and next week we'll be enjoying some lovely Wednesday evenings working out in the park or in the ravine. Join us tonight for the last workout of the session for some new fun workout that will keep you moving and make you forget how hard you're working.
Tomorrow will be our last class of this session. Beat those spring storm blues, and join us tomorrow morning at 10:00am at the Argyll Hall for a fun, intense workout!
Due to the crazy spring storm we are experiencing we are cancelling the outdoor Total Body Conditioning class that was scheduled for tonight at 7:00. Sorry to those of you who planned on attending. Stay inside, and stay warm!
Our Living Fit class this week will be held 15 minutes earlier this Wednesday night. The class will begin at 5:45 and end at 6:45. There will be NO Total Body Conditioning class on Wednesday night but there will be a make up class on Thursday night at 7:00pm. The Total Body Conditioning class will be held outside on the ravine trails and we will be starting the class in front of the Argyll Hall. Finally the trails are clear, so be ready for a super fun class! Everyone is welcome to join this class.
We hope these changes will work for you all. Classes will return to their regular time next week.
We had some great classes this week! Thanks for the guinea pigs who showed up and tried out the new classes. On Thursday night we braved to the trails/lakes and ended up with rosy cheeks and cold soggy feet. On Friday morning we had a fun morning of family yoga. The room was filled with trees blowing in the wind, crocodiles and peeing dogs - lots of fun! We hope you enjoyed the spring break and we look forward to seeing you this week!
My friend just passed this recipe on to me. The recipe is taken from a cookbook entitled Cook by a (local) professional home economist Deborah Anzinger. My friend is a dietition and also very fit so if she's feeding these to her family, I know they must be great! Enjoy!
