Our Living Fit class this week will be held 15 minutes earlier this Wednesday night. The class will begin at 5:45 and end at 6:45. There will be NO Total Body Conditioning class on Wednesday night but there will be a make up class on Thursday night at 7:00pm. What a Fun Week!

We had some great classes this week! Thanks for the guinea pigs who showed up and tried out the new classes. On Thursday night we braved to the trails/lakes and ended up with rosy cheeks and cold soggy feet. On Friday morning we had a fun morning of family yoga. The room was filled with trees blowing in the wind, crocodiles and peeing dogs - lots of fun! We hope you enjoyed the spring break and we look forward to seeing you this week!

to love well, you must eat well

My friend just passed this recipe on to me. The recipe is taken from a cookbook entitled Cook by a (local) professional home economist Deborah Anzinger. My friend is a dietition and also very fit so if she's feeding these to her family, I know they must be great! Enjoy!
