Yay, it's Spring!

. . . now if only it would "sprung"!

They say it takes 10 000 steps a day (not as much as you think if you count it all with a pedometer) for the average person to burn about an extra pound of fat or 3500 calories over the course of a week. But I think that if you put your rubber boots on and wade through the slush and deep puddles, throw in a friend and a bit of laughter, or maybe chase your dog, you could not only burn more energy, but have more fun doing it--not to mention the abdominal workout if you laugh a lot!

Winter yoga session ends Monday, room for drop-in. A couple spots still available for Spring session.
