Happy Family Day!

We hope you all enjoyed the long weekend! Finally the temperature was warm and the sun was shining. We were long overdue! We hope you were able to absorb some Vitamin D and enjoy a walk, a run, a ski or a skate today. This is the last week of the session for our Living Fit, Total Body Conditioning and Strollers in the Hall classes. We some fun classes in store for the finale!

Sweethearts!

It's been a great start to 2011. We have so much fun teaching our classes and feel so lucky we get to meet and spend time with so many great people. There are still 2 weeks left in this session. We'll be sending and posting details about our next session in the next few days.

We hope you're feeling energized and ready for another week of fitness! Drink lots of water and take some time to yourself this week.

Happy Valentine's day!

What's your score?

On a scale of 0 to 10 (where 0 is not important at all, and 10 is extremely important), how important is it to you to exercise on a regular basis?

After you answer this question, also ask yourself if you are honoring this value you hold. Life if busy and it is hard to fit it in! Can we help you get closer to your ideal?

. . . and don't beat yourself up over these questions! First awareness, then support and action!

ABOVE ALL, CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESSES AND BUILD ON THOSE!
