Last week of 2010 classes

Thank you very much for putting your faith and time into us this year. We hope you feel you have benefitted. Both of us feel so grateful to be able to offer fitness and yoga programs in the community we enjoy so much! If you have feedback, questions or requests about past programs or for the future, please feel free to contact us at any time. You can just click on the email link on the right side of this page.

Watch for details about our NEW FITNESS CLASS for those just starting out or getting back into it starting in January!

We are still accepting donations for the Youth Emergency Shelter until Thursday morning (The last of the 3 for $3 classes) of this week.

Relax and get cozy over the holidays:

If you like to go barefoot and be cozy too, on your yoga mat, or just around the house, check out this link for knitted yoga socks! Thanks for the tip Carolan!
